Limit account access to authorized representatives
When access to a patient account is limited to authorized representatives, the patient can no longer sign in to their account.
To limit account access to authorized representatives:
- In the Rolodex module, search and select a patient.
- Select the Edit Patient icon to display the Patient Info card.
- Select the PatientAccess Info button to display the PatientAccess Info. window.
- In the Account tab, select the No access (only accessible by Representatives) check box.
- Select the Modify Record icon.
Now when the patient attempts to sign in, a message similar to the message below is displayed in the Login box:
