Limit account access to authorized representatives

When access to a patient account is limited to authorized representatives, the patient can no longer sign in to their account.

To limit account access to authorized representatives:

  1. In the Rolodex module, search and select a patient.
  2. Select the Edit Patient icon to display the Patient Info card.
  3. Select the PatientAccess Info button to display the PatientAccess Info. window.
  4. In the Account tab, select the No access (only accessible by Representatives) check box.
  5. Select the Modify Record icon.

Now when the patient attempts to sign in, a message similar to the message below is displayed in the Login box:
